Collaborate with fabric mills, garment vendors and laboratories on cotton DNA testing arrangement, result reporting and log sheet update. Understand and support the traceable fingerprint from fiber, yarn, weaving/dyeing to finished fabric, e.g. certifications and material transaction documents. Coordinate traceability program in collaboration with cross‑functional teams as well as NY head office, to ensure compliance with our baseline requirements and targets. Manage data integrity, efficient filing and tracking. Support evolving sustainability projects. Requirements Graduates in Textile or Accounting disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in the textile or merchandising field. Experience in material traceability & sustainability, knowledge of PLM, Global Textile Regulation & material certification (e.g. GRS, BCI, OekoTex, Scope, Higg, Hot Button Report, etc.) are advantages. Demonstrate interest in sustainability. A self‑motivator, well organized and detail minded. Well versed in written/spoken English and Mandarin.
