• Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed business targets set on new business acquisition and business retention through “direct touch” activities such as member briefing and worksite marketing to offer sales and services to members.
• Provide retirement planning and investment planning services to clients, including the provision of advice and the distribution of offering documents and marketing materials on funds. Assist clients in reviewing their retirement and investment portfolios based on updated information.
• Provide support to management for project co-ordination, business planning and benefit analysis as directed.
• Plan and rollout strategies to support business direction.
• Propose and recommend procedural and system enhancements for business growth and efficiency.
• Provide coaching and training to team members on a regular basis and communicate business strategies, objectives and directions to team members.

• Bachelor’s degree holder in business discipline.
• Minimum 12 years’ work experience in sales and services, preferably in financial industry.
• SFC license holder or passed relevant papers in HKSI Examination.
• Passed in MPF Intermediaries Examination.
• Good understanding of MPF & ORSO.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
