JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Hong Kong
Position Type: Full Time, permanent
Reports to: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts for one/two specific business units
- Responsible for financial statements, KPI and management reporting for month end closing, quarterly reporting and YE closing
- Perform working capital management and cashflow analysis
- Manage monthly forecast and annual budget
- Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, responsible for statutory audit, profit tax filing for HK, Singapore branch and Taiwan branch
- Work with local and regional teams to simplify and optimize financial processes, as well as to strengthen internal controls
- Provide ad hoc financial support for local and regional projects and special assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA will be required
- Minimum 8 years relevant accounting experience. Audit experience with recognized audit firms is a plus
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly skilful with Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in SAP is preferred; experienced in system enhancement
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment independently
