To amplify their influence and commercial success, they are seeking a visionary Senior Retail Curator to redefine the retail experience. About the Role This is a groundbreaking role that merges influence, curation, and commerce. We are looking for a publicly recognised tastemaker to become the human embodiment of the brand. You will leverage your personal brand, distinctive aesthetic, and extensive network to drive both store traffic and sales, creating an unparalleled environment for our client's discerning clientele. Serve as the public face and leading curator for the retailer, embodying its unique philosophy through your personal style and lifestyle. Leverage your status as a recognised KOL with a significant and engaged following to generate brand heat, drive footfall, and create compelling social content. Activate your extensive network of renowned KOLs, fashion editors, and designers to host exclusive events, collaborations, and influencer initiatives. Apply your mixed expertise in visual merchandising, sales, marketing, and/or buying to curate in-store narratives, product selections, and client experiences. Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to provide strategic insights on emerging brands, product assortment, and commercial opportunities based on your finger on the pulse of the industry. Provide an elevated, consultative service to high-profile clients, leveraging your authority in fashion to drive key sales and build lasting relationships. Requirements A proven and publicly recognised profile as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) or fashion influencer with a large, authentic, and engaged follower base. A distinctive and celebrated sense of personal style and a deep understanding of the global luxury fashion landscape. A verifiable, powerful network within the industry, including relationships with other KOLs, fashion designers, and media personalities. A mixed background with exposure to at least two of the following: visual merchandising, luxury sales, marketing, or buying. Former fashion editors with retail experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the charisma to engage an audience and the sophistication to manage high-net-worth clients. A natural commercial instinct, understanding how to translate influence and taste into tangible business results. Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a significant advantage.
