(Assistant) Vice President, SupremeGold Private - Branch Distribution & Services Promote retail banking and wealth management products to SupremeGold Private customers. Acquire new SupremeGold Private customers through sales and marketing activities, and identify potential business opportunities for sustainable business growth. Provide differentiated services for customers, maximize business acquisition and enhance the Bank’s image. Establish long‑term relationships with customers and deliver their expectations. Ensure branch sales are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. Requirements University graduate preferred, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years of sales and marketing position for high‑net‑worth (HNW) customers. Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent). Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent). Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF). Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage. Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided. Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products. Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets. Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements. Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage. Candidate with less working experience will also be considered for the position of Assistant Vice President SupremeGold Private.
