Infrastructure Support Engineer

Infrastructure Support Engineer (Public sector, $30-50K) Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain environments across one or more of the following technologies: Middleware: WebLogic Databases: Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and security. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis and preventive action planning. Support the implementation of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices to improve system reliability, scalability, and automation. Utilize test automation tools to support continuous integration, deployment, and validation processes. Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge sharing within the team. Assist in capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery activities. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology or related subjects Proven experience in supporting at least one of the following: WebLogic, Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, Windows, AIX, Linux, AWS, or OpenShift Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent) is a plus Willingness and ability to provide 24x7 pager support on a roster basis. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure during critical incidents. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant certification (e.g., AWS, Oracle, Red Hat, Microsoft) is a plus.
