Develop and implement retail presentation strategies and guidelines, in alignment with HQ protocol and standard. Oversee budgeting and procurement to meet APAC office business goal. Plan visual merchandising initiatives and conduct training on best practices to ensure consistency across all APAC WIP Point-of-Sale. Establish workflow of VM reporting and review, to improve operational efficiency. Support graphic design and development of artwork for various marketing materials such as mannequin, VM cards, Point-of-promotion etc. to align with brand objectives and enhance the customer experience. Manage new store openings and store renovations, handling Point-of-Sale assets and ordering signage and décor. Oversee inventory management for tools and supplies, assisting with sourcing, negotiation and liaison with suppliers for the ordering, delivering and production. Monitor regular merchandising rotations and sensory marketing elements, including lighting, music, and aroma. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that all work is being performed to the required standards of quality and sustainability. Enhance communications with HQ and local Marketing and Sales departments to ensure store visual elements up to date, in accordance with industry trends, company standards and commercial consideration incorporated. Requirements Degree holder of Art or design-related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in fashion retail, with solid experience in visual merchandising field. Business travel may be required. Proficient in design software skills, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, AutoCAD, etc. Creative, independent, and passionate about the brand’s identity with a good understanding of the fashion industry's dynamics. Strong leadership skills, communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate with business teams to achieve brand objectives. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Visual Merchandiser role. Contract-based position with a duration of 18 months.
