System Analyst (Web & Digital focus) (Bank) - IC Client Description Regional corporate finance corporation Job Description Manage the vendors, changes, development, improvement and troubleshooting of the two customer-facing websites (main focus) (hosting on Windows Server, MS SQL, Apache, Tomcat 8, built by Angular 5, JSP & Java), also internal systems. Communicate with key stakeholder (mainly digital marketing team), and participate in the digital marketing initiatives. 30% Requirement gathering, communication, documentation, SEO; 20% Research, tool / solution evaluation; 30% project management, QA, UAT, changes management, vendor management; 20% troubleshooting, development. Digital focus such as UI/UX, web site performance tuning, digital marketing (eDM), digital sales channel (CRM), social media advertising. Participate in the end to end development cycle of systems from ideas generation, system and application design, implementation, testing, troubleshooting to enhancement. Maintain the systems and continuously optimize its performance, such as web server turning, as well as search engine optimization for customer-facing websites. Implements system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems. System development and maintenance for business applications covering design, programming, testing, troubleshooting and documentation. Take charge of revamping existing systems and databases architecture. Assist in business process re-engineering initiatives. Perform application monitoring and control (e.g. Application Level Logging and Monitoring, Source Control, Security etc.). Define technical requirements and act as subject matter expert on development projects. Support local and regional projects, contributing to system design as well as migration plans and strategies (e.g. system migrations, data center relocations, etc.). Proactively recommend solutions to address business needs. Prepare system and operational support documentation. Responsible for integrating applications/solutions. Facilitate POC with different solutions determining “purpose-fit”. Level 2 & 3 support. Perform ad-hoc duties as required. Job Requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
