警隊學長計劃 – 招募學員 關於我們 「警隊學長計劃」於2004年成立，為警隊一項積極主動的招募策略，以吸引大學生於畢業後投考警隊。警務人員會擔任學長，與學員分享警務知識、工作經驗及所面對的挑戰。自2018年起，計劃已擴展至包括就讀於內地及海外大學的香港學生。 透過計劃，學員亦會獲得參觀不同的警務單位、參加面試工作坊以及到警務單位進行工作實習等機會。 自2023/24學年開始，警隊決定擴闊招募對象範圍，以涵蓋所有於畢業後將符合投考警隊學歷要求的專上院校學生。成立於2018年，針對專上院校學生的「志警成計劃」亦已納入「警隊學長計劃」中。 「警隊學長計劃」現分為五部分: 為就讀本地大學的學生而設的「警隊學長計劃(香港)」 為就讀內地大學的學生而設的「警隊學長計劃(內地)」 為就讀海外大學的學生而設的「警隊學長計劃(海外)」 為就讀本地所有其他大專院校的學生而設的「警隊學長計劃(大專)」 ；及 為修讀應用教育文憑課程的學生而設的「警隊學長計劃(應用教育文憑)」 「警隊學長計劃 (香港)、(內地)及(海外)」學員每4人投考見習督察便有1人成功獲聘，而「警隊學長計劃 (大專)及(應用教育文憑)」(前身為「志警成計劃」)學員每3人投考警員便有1人成功獲聘，相對近五年平均每27名投考見習督察人士才有1人成功，及每10名投考警員人士才有1人成功明顯為高。 計劃對象 「警隊學長計劃(香港)」開放給於以下12間本地大學就讀的全日制本科或研究生參加。 香港城市大學 香港浸會大學 香港都會大學 香港樹仁大學 嶺南大學 香港中文大學 香港教育大學 香港恆生大學 香港理工大學 香港科技大學 香港大學 聖方濟各大學 「警隊學長計劃(大專)」開放給於本地所有其他大專院校就讀的學生參加。 「警隊學長計劃(應用教育文憑)」開放給於本地修讀應用教育文憑課程、毅進文憑或同等課程的學生參加。 「警隊學長計劃(內地)」開放給正於內地大學就讀，或畢業不多於兩年的學生參加。 「警隊學長計劃(海外)」開放給正於海外大學就讀，或畢業不多於兩年的學生參加。 加入我們 「警隊學長計劃(內地)」為全年招募，同學請按以下連結報名。 「警隊學長計劃(海外)」為全年招募，同學請按以下連結報名。 查詢 如對「警隊學長計劃(香港)」、「警隊學長計劃(內地)」或「警隊學長計劃(海外)」有任何查詢，可向警察招募組了解 (電話: ; 電郵地址: )。 如對「警隊學長計劃(大專)」或「警隊學長計劃(應用教育文憑)」有任何查詢，可向警察招募組了解 (電話: ; 電郵地址: )。 For more information, contact us on . #J-18808-Ljbffr
