Senior Sales Manager (Chinese Enterprises / 中资企业 Focus) 岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities 负责开拓和维护中资企业客户(包括央企、国企、地方国资、红筹股、民企龙头等),实现年度销售指标Develop and expand mid-to-large Chinese-funded enterprises (SOEs, central enterprises, private conglomerates, Red-Chip companies) and achieve aggressive annual sales targets 独立主导大客户的全流程销售:需求挖掘 → 方案呈现 → 高层公关 → 合同谈判 → 签约落地Independently lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, solution presentation, C-level relationship building, negotiation to contract closing 深度理解中资企业的决策链条、审批流程、合规要求和招标规则Deep understanding of decision-making processes, approval workflows, compliance and tendering requirements of Chinese enterprises 与产品、法务、交付团队紧密配合,为中资客户定制符合其内控要求的解决方案Collaborate closely with product, legal and delivery teams to customize solutions that meet the unique internal control needs of Chinese clients 维护并拓展个人在中资企业高层的关系网络Build and expand personal C-level / decision-maker network within Chinese enterprises 任职要求 / Requirements 本科學歷或以上; Bachelor degree or above 8–12年以上B2B大客户销售经验,其中至少5年专注于服务中资企业8–12 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with minimum 5 years focused on Chinese-funded enterprises 有成功签约央企、地方国资、红筹股或头部民企(如中国中车、中国建筑、华为、腾讯、万科、复星、绿地等)的过往案例,单笔合同金额50万–200万美元以上Proven track record of closing large deals (USD 500K–2M+ per contract) with central SOEs, provincial SASAC companies, or major private Chinese conglomerates 熟悉中资企业的招标流程、框架协议签订、资金支付周期及反腐败合规要求Familiar with tendering process, framework agreements, payment cycles and anti-corruption compliance of Chinese enterprises 普通话为母语水平,英语流利,粤语加分Native-level Mandarin, fluent English; Cantonese is a plus 现有中资企业高层人脉资源者优先Existing senior-level contacts in Chinese enterprises strongly preferred 以下行业背景优先:企业级SaaS/云计算/网络安全/金融科技/咨询服务/房地产科技/能源基建解决方案Preferred industry background: Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, FinTech, Consulting, PropTech, Energy & Infrastructure solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
