Property Management Company License No. C- Security Company License No. 1025 Job Duties Supervise routine maintenance and special projects involve BS or BW works for public housing estates Prepare work orders Supervise contractors to ensure quality and up-to-standard workmanship and output Supervise ad hoc repair and maintenance works Qualifications Holder of a Higher Diploma/Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical, Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, etc. from a HK Education Institution or a technical institute / technical college Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course in (a) Basic Accident Prevention, (b) Basic Occupational Health, (c) Basic Safety Management or (d) Construction Safety conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council (advantage) On Building Services - Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker Licence (advantage) Property maintenance experience in Public Housing is a MUST. Experience Requirements At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in Building Works or Building Services maintenance in Hong Kong Well‑versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD With a positive working attitude and service‑oriented mindset Check and verify the work orders prepared by Technical Assistants Issuing payments to the Housing Department through the ERP system Familiarity with ERP system of Housing Department is an added value Benefits Performance Incentive 5 days a week and public holidays Working Location Building Services – Hong Kong West, Kowloon East and Ma On Shan; Building Works – Kowloon City.
