Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily site activities and crews to meet programme, quality, and safety standards. Plan resources, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and liaise with supervisors and stakeholders. Maintain basic site records and support smooth coordination across teams. Job Requirements Typically 5+ years’ experience in civil/drainage works with 2–3 years supervising crews; strong Assistant Foreman profiles will be considered. Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card); Confined Space and T1/T2 training preferred. Practical site coordination skills; clear Cantonese communication and basic English for records, fair Mandarin preferred. Secondary education or above preferred; relevant certificates/diplomas in civil/building are an advantage. Equivalent experience will be considered.
