For more information, please visit: Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a: IT Support Analyst Location: Hong Kong IT Support Analyst with detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset to support the daily operations of our IT department. The ideal candidate will assist with technical support, system maintenance, and user onboarding, while ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory. Perform routine system updates, backups, and virus scans. Document support requests and resolutions; update internal knowledge base. Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff. Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection protocols. Collaborate with other departments to support IT needs for projects and events. Coordinate with external vendors for service and support when necessary. Customer Focus : Builds trust, solves problems, and maintains strong internal service standards. Personal Organisation : Manages time effectively and maintains a clean, functional workspace. Problem Solving & Analysis : Breaks down issues, identifies root causes, and applies logical solutions. Quality Orientation : Pays attention to detail, strives for excellence, and continuously seeks improvement. Specialist Computer Skills : Proficient in using computers, adapting to new technologies, and learning software quickly. Professional Skills & Qualifications Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field. 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or assistant role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
