Menu development: Create and implement innovative Chinese cuisine menus, keeping up with culinary trends while respecting traditional flavors. Quality control: Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to HACCP principles. Resource management: Oversee inventory, budgeting, and staff scheduling to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Who are they looking for? Culinary expertise: Extensive experience in Chinese cuisine, with a focus on both traditional and contemporary techniques. Leadership skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a large kitchen team effectively. Versatility: Experience in fine dining, all‑day dining, large‑scale coffee shop operations, and banquet food production.
