Bloomberg TV is seeking a highly motivated Production Associate to join our news desk in Hong Kong. This role is suited for a journalist who is passionate about delivering sharp, impactful news coverage across platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our live news programming by monitoring news flow, creating engaging content, and ensuring seamless coordination across our global editorial teams. You'll bring a keen eye for stories that matter to a global audience of investors, with a strong grasp of politics, economics, and business. Location: Hong Kong Business Area: News and Media Ref #: Responsibilities Monitor the news flow and work closely with live show producers and the rest of the news desk to align on news priorities Produce both video and broadcast‑ready graphics with an eye for compelling cross‑platform storytelling Break down complex news stories into compelling narratives for broadcast Help coordinate live reporting Assist in creating and managing content for multimedia platforms Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease Be flexible with early or late shifts to accommodate production schedules and breaking news Qualifications Strong news judgment and editorial instincts A proactive mindset and a self‑starter mentality Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience working in a live news or production setting A passion for journalism and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in storytelling An interest in markets, finance, and economics is essential How to Apply Apply if you think we're a good match and we'll get in touch with you to let you know next steps.
