The Junior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure to support the analysis and reporting of the company's CRM data. You will work in the CRM and analytics teams to identify data requirements, develop efficient data pipelines, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of CRM data for business insights and decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load CRM data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake Develop and optimize data models to structure CRM data in a way that enables efficient querying and analysis Automate data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of CRM data Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM data and analytical requirements Write complex SQL queries and develop data visualization dashboards to generate insights and reports from CRM data Assist in the development and maintenance of data documentation, including data dictionaries and data lineage Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering tools, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the CRM data infrastructure Participate in cross‑functional projects and contribute to the overall data strategy of the organization Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a related technical role Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data engineering tools and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Airflow) Understanding of data modeling concepts, data warehousing, and ETL processes Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and integrating CRM data with other data sources Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis techniques Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to tackle complex data challenges Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field Interested parties please contact Alice Wong via for further discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
