We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to lead enterprise solution sales and strategic account development across multiple industry verticals in Hong Kong. This role combines new business development with strategic account management, focusing on delivering integrated technical solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients. Responsibilities Sales & Business Development You will identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing enterprise accounts. This includes developing and executing strategic account plans, conducting executive‑level presentations, and navigating complex organizational structures to identify decision makers and influencers. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification through contract negotiation and closure. Solution Development & Positioning Working collaboratively with technical and product teams, you will translate customer requirements into comprehensive solution proposals. This involves conducting discovery sessions to understand business challenges, articulating value propositions that align technical capabilities with business outcomes, and coordinating proof‑of‑concept implementations. You will ensure proposed solutions meet compliance, security, and governance requirements while maintaining commercial viability. Stakeholder Management The role requires building trusted advisor relationships with executives and department heads across target industries and corporate sectors. You will collaborate with internal teams—including pre‑sales, product, and supply chain and logistics—to drive customer success and final delivery. Account Strategy & Growth You will develop account strategies that progress from initial pilots to enterprise‑wide deployments, establishing success metrics and SLAs that demonstrate measurable business value. This includes identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and maintaining a healthy pipeline that meets quarterly and annual targets. Requirements 8+ years of B2B sales experience in tech solutions or system integration, with a proven track record in complex, multi‑stakeholder sales. Essential experience in selling integrated hardware, software, and service solutions. Strong commercial acumen, fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus. Able to translate technical concepts into business value. Expertise in our target verticals or enterprise tech trends (IT/IoT/AV) is a significant advantage.
