IT Technician

IT Technician (16-21K) SW8668 |02 Jul 2024 Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, Mac, PC, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook. Communicate effectively with end users and other support parties. Provide Install, Maintenance, Move and Change of deskside services to end users. Communicate effectively with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, maintenance, and support as needed. Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues. Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures. Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline. Experience on end user support with at least 1 years’ experience.
