Senior Actuarial Associate, ALM – Prudential Hong Kong We are looking for a Senior Actuarial Associate who will drive ALM-related activities, support risk‐management initiatives, and collaborate across finance and actuarial functions. You will be responsible for monitoring ALM positions, preparing financial impact analyses, and streamlining processes to meet governance and risk objectives. Responsibilities Perform ALM position regular monitoring, including annual health checks, status note production, and data request form creation for simulation generation. Support identification of SAA review priorities by evaluating risk profiles, PRE, and risk‑reward trade‑off; prepare financial impact and analysis. Investigate potential enhancements for balance‑sheet management, quantify financial impact, and engage stakeholders. Maintain ALM‑related documents, prepare materials, and organise ALCO meetings; keep quality communication channel and update committees on SAA review or balance‑sheet management initiatives. Streamline and enhance production and control processes, ensuring all initiatives comply with corporate governance requirements. Provide analysis and support to other actuarial functions and departments. Requirements University degree in Actuarial studies, Statistics or related field. Associate level in actuarial exam progress. Minimum 3 years of actuarial working experience. Knowledge of the life insurance industry, preferably with UK with‑profits management, HKRBC, or economic capital and financial reporting experience. Experience with Prophet and/or stochastic modelling preferred. Good command of spoken and written English. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
