We’re working with several leading brands in banking, Insurance and telecom to fill multiple supervisory roles across Hong Kong. As the role: As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring the QA cycle, communicating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage, and reporting test results. Join us to maintain high-quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing testing activities (functional, integration, regression, and compatibility) to ensure system reliability and stability. The testing scope includes, but is not limited to, the company's internal operation systems and customer-facing web and app platforms. Communicate with project managers, stakeholders, developers, and end users to clarify the project scope, requirements, specifications and process steps to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Monitor and track test results and team progress, ensuring defects are documented and resolved, including types of defects, status, severity, priority, steps to reproduce. Conduct test executions and create test reports to convey the overall QA status and review development quality with stakeholders. Ensure completion of all testing-related documentation prior to the end of QA involvement, including test plans, test reports, and knowledge bases for subsequent project phases. Conduct regular QA audits and assessments to uphold quality standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and develop automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency. Explore and implement automated testing tools to improve testing productivity and quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/testing with demonstrated leadership skills. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and test reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex issues. Detail-oriented, patient, self-motivated, and possessing strong time management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and automated testing tools is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
