Senior Data Architect & Consultant As a Senior Member Of Our Data Team, you’ll lead complex, agile consulting projects across Capco’s domains. You’ll work directly with technology leaders in financial services to: Design and deliver modern data architectures that enable cloud adoption and enterprise scale analytics. Advise on best practices for data management, governance, and optimization. Shape strategic roadmaps that align data initiatives with business goals. Drive innovation by building services and capabilities that define Capco’s vision for Modern Data Architecture. Lead teams and client engagements, influencing stakeholders and managing delivery in dynamic environments. This role is for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, and wants to make a tangible impact. What You Bring Proven experience architecting and implementing data strategies, governance models, and enterprise solutions. Expertise in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Certifications in Cloud Architecture/Data Architecture are a plus. Strong knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and metadata management. Hands‑on experience with cloud migration patterns, security frameworks, and cost optimization. Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Ideally, experience in Financial Services consulting, with leadership skills and stakeholder management.
