Job Description Supervise the onboarding of agents by handling licensing procedures, checking documentation, drafting agreement and financing packages. Support the supervisor in implementing digital transformation projects to boost the department's efficiency. Preferred Skills Over 5 years of experience in handling agent's contracting and licensing processes. Proficiency in written English and Chinese. Effective at guiding teams and fostering robust, positive working relationships. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and meticulousness. Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications University degree in Business or relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years in insurance industry, with experience in working with agency recruitment. Responsibilities Manage the new agent onboarding process in accordance with various guidelines, including file assessments, preparation of agency contracts, system updates, and explaining contracts to the new recruits during contract signing. Handle HKIA & MPFA registration processes, including new applications, cancellations, renewals and Annual CPD, following respective regulatory guidelines. Update the Guidelines and the recruitment workflow as required from time to time. Support ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor as deemed necessary. Analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
