Senior Sales Coordinator (5-Days work / 18-Days annual leave) Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role Join HK Trading Hong Kong Limited as a Senior Sales Coordinator in our Kowloon Bay office. This full-time position offers a 5-day work week and 18 days of annual leave. In this strategically important role, you will be responsible for managing key customer order requirements to drive business growth. What you'll be doing Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers Coordinate activities on order processing and technical reviews on design requests and orders Provide sales and administrative support to customer inquiries about designs products related details Collaborate with cross‑functional teams from the HQ to ensure requirements on delivery and services to customers are met Provide support to customers in events of tradeshows, exhibitions or project pitching etc. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in a sales coordination or account management role, preferably within the furniture industry Experience in commercial and technical design is an advantage, but not a must Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Good command of language in English & Mandarin A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service What we offer At HK Trading Hong Kong Limited, we are committed to supporting our employees' personal and professional growth.
