We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead to design and drive a next-generation, AI-powered Security Operations Center (SOC). In this role, you'll lead a hybrid team of human analysts and intelligent agents, blending traditional cybersecurity principles with modern AIOps capabilities to protect and enable our global business. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership position for someone who can define "what good looks like" in a secure, automated future. Job Description What You'll Do Security Monitoring & Threat Detection Oversee 24/7 threat detection using advanced SIEM and AI-driven analytics. Optimize AI/ML models for anomaly detection across network, endpoint, identity, and cloud environments. Correlate incidents across domains for rapid root‑cause analysis. Incident Response & Automation Design automated playbooks for containment, remediation, and notifications. Lead investigations of high‑impact incidents and coordinate cross‑functional response. Continuously improve MTTD and MTTR through automation and process refinement. AI‑AugmentedSecOps Deploy and manage AI agents for threat hunting, vulnerability prioritization, and autonomous response. Define safe boundaries for AI actions and ensure transparency and explainability. Partner with platform teams to integrate AI seamlessly into existing security workflows. Vulnerability & Policy Management Drive vulnerability scanning, patch prioritization, and policy‑as‑code implementation. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (ISO 27001, CIS, NIST). Security Architecture & Leadership Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud architects to design secure‑by‑default systems. Own the cloud network security roadmap and continuously improve posture. Mentor junior analysts and communicate risk posture to executive stakeholders. The Successful Applicant What We're Looking For 10+ years in security operations, threat detection, or incident response. Strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD. Expertise in SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and network monitoring. Hands‑on experience with AI‑enhanced security workflows. Proficiency in scripting and automation (Ansible, Terraform; Python, PowerShell a plus). Cloud security experience (Azure, Alibaba Cloud; AWS a plus).
