Officer, Consumer Bank Transaction Services Project Analyst Citi, Kowloon City District, Hong Kong SAR A hybrid role committed to driving digital transformation and improving transaction services within the consumer banking division. Responsibilities Drive digital transformation initiatives and increase e‑penetration rates for statements and advice. Provide strategic guidance to the Card business on digital transformation efforts. Coordinate participation in UAT, user story grooming, and compliance changes for card schemes. Ensure smooth post‑implementation adoption across projects. Maintain EMV Key, PGP Key, and chip certificate renewal processes. Engage in Product Team and control‑related projects, including AML‑related finetuning of transaction codes. Collaborate with Core Operations teams to automate manual workflows. Qualifications Strong project management, interpersonal communication, and analytical skills. Fast learner capable of working independently under pressure. Willingness to work overtime or shifts during project launch periods. Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Putonghua). Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Open‑minded and eager to adopt new technologies. Logical thinking with strong problem‑solving abilities. 4‑6 years of relevant experience in credit‑card or banking business with a business knowledge base. Demonstrated project management capabilities. Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
