Job Opportunity: Quality Manager – Toys Industry Location: Hai Duong Province- VietnamEmployment Type: Full-time We are a leading toy manufacturer dedicated to creating safe, innovative, and joyful products for children worldwide. As Quality Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product quality and compliance across our toy portfolio. You will lead quality assurance processes, manage testing protocols, and ensure adherence to international safety standards (EN71, ASTM, ISO, etc.). This role is critical in safeguarding our reputation and delivering products that parents trust and children love. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) specific to toy manufacturing. Ensure compliance with global toy safety regulations and certifications. Lead product testing, inspection, and audit processes across production sites. Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate quality standards early in product development. Manage supplier quality performance and conduct regular supplier audits. Investigate product defects, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Train and mentor staff on quality standards, safety requirements, and best practices. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in toys, consumer goods, or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of toy safety standards (EN71, ASTM F963, ISO 8124, etc.). Experience with supplier management and factory audits. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
