Uphold the hotel brand reputation and image by building and maintaining strong and good relationship with guests. Greet VIP guests, loyalty programme members and repeat guests with special recognition and service personally. Perform in sophisticated personalized services as attending to special requests by guests and exceeding expectations. Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs. Maintain knowledge on the up-to-date trend to ensure understanding and foreseeing guest needs to provide plus‑one service. Handle guest complaints and referring them as necessary and follow up on corrective action. Train and develop The Langham Club and Guest Relations teams and responsible for team performance management. Perform any other duties as assigned by Front Office Manager or the management. Qualifications Degree holder in hospitality‑related discipline. 5 years guest relations experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level, preferably with F&B experience and knowledge. Pleasant, service‑oriented and professional attitude. Sociable, mature and outgoing personality are required. Strong Command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Conversational and Written). Additional language would be an advantage.
