Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy: Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) Responsibilities Coordinate telecommunication and financial information services Support the development of a new records management system Assist in conducting file research and compiling information Support the enhancement of the inventory database Handle general administrative work Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors Requirements Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language ("Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination At least 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in administrative work, records management and related fields Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Excel alongside Chinese and English data entry.
