Product Manager - HK Business HSBC Central & Western District, Hong Kong SAR We are currently seeking a high‑calibre professional to join our team as a Product Manager - HK Business in Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Hong Kong. We have four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation. In This Role You Will Lead and manage collateral management, credit management, and portfolio management of Wealth Financing. Analyze and trouble‑shoot the credit portfolio, providing solutions to the frontline to facilitate appropriate credit offering. Manage internal stakeholders such as Global and local Credit Risk, Transformation, IT and frontline to facilitate product development and commercialisation. Optimize all KPI performance including market share, segment penetration and customer experience effectiveness. Develop product and procedural enhancements to improve customer experience. Facilitate credit proposal, margin monitoring, and monitor product risk controls while supporting facility servicing issues. To Be Successful You Will Need University degree in a business. Proven experience in product development and/or business strategy experience in investment financing, consumer lending, banking or other wealth product areas. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and implementation quality. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions. Solid project management experience. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and communication skills.
