Sales Trainer (Beauty Industry) Our client is the most beloved body perfection brand in Hong Kong with our full dedication in the quest of technology and innovation in bringing optimal skin performance to support our customers to enjoy a beautiful and carefree lifestyle. For business expansion, they hope to recruit one Sales Trainer to train up the company existing or fresh sales consultants. Responsibilities: Identify the training needs, design, and deliver in-house training programs for frontline staff on selling skills and soft skills to support the business objectives Analyze and evaluate training programs to facilitate the continuous improvement of training and development programs Train and motivate frontline staff to achieve sales targets Develop long‑term engagement plans and strategies to enhance the commitment of frontline staff Work closely with management to strengthen the company culture through appropriate training programs and field coaching Participate ad hoc projects as assigned Directly report to the Head of Learning and Development Requirements: At least 2 years of sales training experience in the beauty industry Hands‑on experience in designing and delivering training to frontline staff A good team player with excellent coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills Pro‑active, resourceful, result‑oriented and sales driven Dental insurance, Life insurance, Medical insurance, Performance bonus, Five‑day work week Contact: | #J-18808-Ljbffr
