SiS Hospitality Holdings Limited is operating a chain of hotels in major cities in Japan including Tokyo, Osaka and Sapporo. To cope with our growing business, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Event & Marketing Executive to lead our promotional activities and organize events, including concerts and artist showcases. Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute hotel events such as concerts, cultural nights, seasonal festivals, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with each hotel operation to track the progress of all these marketing campaigns. Collaborate with local and international artists, musicians, and performers to curate engaging entertainment experiences. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel events across digital and traditional channels. Liaise with media, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution. Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics. Create promotional materials and manage social media content related to events. Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is a must. Strong interest and knowledge of music and entertainment. Experience in event planning, hospitality marketing, or related fields an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools is a plus.
