About the Company Wings & Associates Consulting Engineer Limited is a well-established consulting company providing engineering consultancy and construction management services to our clients. Responsibilities Co-ordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers for execution of the building services projects. Monitor the work schedule, progress and quality control of the projects. Attend design meetings, site meetings/inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects. Vet drawings, method statements, risk assessment report and drawing submission, payment submissions. Requirements Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 2 years’ working experience in building services engineering design. Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to utilities and relevant authorities. Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good communication skills.
