Application Deadline : 13 November 2025 Date of Issue : 31 October 2025 Rank : Clerk II Cluster / Department : Hong Kong West Cluster / Finance Department Salary : HK$26908 HK$37590 (HGPS point 9 - 15) per month including Monthly Allowance Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in handling finance & accounting functions such as resources planning & management budget performance monitoring cluster management reporting, hospital budget and projection and waiver checking etc. 2. Assist in monthly financial projection & analysis, budget journal and database update. 3. Compile statistics; assist in data analysis and preparation of financial and management reports. 4. Liaise with internal departments, financial institutions and other parties independently in fulfilling the duties. 5. Carry out general clerical duties and daily operation at Finance Department. 6. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language, and Mathematics or equivalent. OR 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below: Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent. 3 years clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations in one or more of the following areas: General administration, Filing and records keeping, Finance accounting and statistics, Data input and analyses, Typing word processing and / or Chinese word processing. Preferable Attributes / Exposure 1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. 2. 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounting / Auditing would be an advantage. 3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint. 5. A good team player who can also work independently. 6. Self-motivated strong analytical mind with a good sense of responsibility. 7. Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks. Remarks 1.
