Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate My client is a leading asset management firm with a global presence, dedicated to providing institutional investors with professional, diversified investment solutions and exceptional service experiences. Supported by a robust risk management framework, innovative product design, and an experienced client service team, we consistently deliver long‑term value to our clients. Due to ongoing business growth, they are now seeking a talented individual with substantial institutional client servicing experience to join the team. Responsibilities Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for an assigned portfolio of clients/distributors, addressing inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner throughout the investment process; Provide comprehensive after‑sales support across the entire client investment lifecycle to ensure consistent and satisfactory service delivery; Manage the client onboarding process, including the collection, verification, and archiving of KYC/AML documents and forms; Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate client account setup and related system configurations; Assist in preparing and submitting RFPs (Request for Proposal) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaire) from clients/distributors, with support from other teams; Maintain and update the RFP/DDQ database to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; Minimum 4 years of relevant client servicing experience in asset management or financial institutions, with familiarity in institutional client processes; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client‑oriented mindset and professional maturity; Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, while also being a collaborative team player; Detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate processes effectively; Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Knowledge of Excel macros (VBA) or other office automation tools is a plus.
