Senior Manager - Global Brand Development Partner with Director - Global Brand Development to ensure effective development of global brand strategy and brand design system whilst proactively communicating relevant information. Partner with branding agencies to develop brand strategy, brand visual assets and package design system. Also, need to identify consumer segmentation, occasions and moments that matter. Provide strategic guidance and leadership for markets by understanding their insights and needs to ensure successful execution of global and local strategies driving business growth. Proficient in systematically managing brand assets and providing recommendations for brand development, with insightful insights and practical experience in brand design. Translate strategies and stories into best-in-class briefs and creative executions in terms of visual, copywriting, content creation and campaign ideas. Capabilities and Experience A creative and skilled storyteller, a natural collaborator and a brilliant presenter focused on translating insights into compelling narratives for existing and new potential brands. Globally minded and able to demonstrate cross-cultural understanding and sensitivity. Great communication skills and gravitas with the ability to present credibly to local and global stakeholders. Socially engaging. Comfortable at multi-tasking and working in a high-paced, multi-faceted environment. Requirements Degree holder. MBA is a plus. 5-8 years working experience of brand design, brand communication or product marketing is a MUST. Proficient in English and Mandarin. Experience in brand strategy and brand management in FMCG industry is a plus. Experience of both local marketing and global marketing is a plus. Experience of working overseas is a plus. Passionate to understand global market and drive the business. Independent profession and comfortable with remote work. Strong interpersonal skills & entrepreneurial mindset.
