Project Executive / Senior Project Executive About UsOval Design is a well-established, award-winning spatial design and event marketing consulting firm specialising in exhibitions, interior architectural design, event management, multimedia conceptualization and brand building. We invite passionate and high calibre candidates to join our team. Responsibilities: Be responsible for project management, duties include but not limit to site recce, pre-event preparation, venue setup, onsite management, etc. Liaise and coordinates with multiple parties, including event venues, clients, contractors and government departments. Perform any other duties related to the handing project such as preparing proposals, project pitching and presentation. Support in preparing marketing proposals and presentation materials, including basic copywriting and keyword translation. Requirements: 1-2 years working experience in event production industry/event. Applicants with additional experience may be considered for the position of Senior Project Executive. Project management/exhibition/decoration/interactive marketing experience is preferred. Tertiary education graduated in any disciplines is preferred. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin. Be passionate and having strong interest in event industry. Able to work independently with self-motivation and positive working attitude. Also willing to learn. Attention-to-detail, organized and able to multi-task. May required to work overtime and outside normal office hours in specific event need, compensation leave will be offered. 5-Day work week. Discretionary bonus. Birthday leave.
