Principal Responsibilities Proactively identify new business opportunities and provide excellent direct sales services to customers, engaging Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and/or other frontline partners. Convert these opportunities into real income at a high closing ratio with revenue targets being regularly achieved/exceeded. Provide excellent customer service to the satisfaction of customers and to acquire, retain and strengthen customer relationships. Recommend changes in products, service, and process by evaluating results and competitive developments and to mentor less experienced team members to jointly achieve sales and targets as a team. Strict adherence to and work within the guidance laid down by the Sales Protocols and Compliance manuals and under the supervision of line managers. Ongoing compliance to all regulatory requirements is required. Qualifications Solid sales experience for insurance / investment products. IIQE, paper 1, 2, 3 & 5 or possess certain insurance qualification according to the regulatory requirement. RI license (HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8) or possess certain investment wealth management qualifications according to the regulatory requirement. Strong interpersonal, sales and communication skill. Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
