Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans including but limited to marketing calendar branding campaigns, promotion and customer engagement activities. Ensure the retail marketing process is meeting budgets, schedule and operation requirements. Monitor the brand performance and work closely with different internal & external parties to ensure excellent execution in the marketing programs. Create the content of marketing collateral (photos / reels) and promotional materials (posters / illustrative pictures / simple packaging) products to tie with business needs. Manage and assist in non-store sales, including online sales, participating in exhibitions, and corporate sales Ensure website is up to date with latest products, engage with subscribers, and increase online sales Assist team in maintaining corporate customer relationships and expanding customer base Assist team in developing / designing new products / packaging internally or with external vendors Requirements: Degree holder preferable in Marketing/Communications/Business or relevant disciplines. Relevant experience in retail industry preferred. Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal communication skills. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese is an advantage. A good team leader with a proven ability to lead and attentive to details. Passionate at work, willing to take challenges and breakthrough. Well organized with a high level of initiative. Immediate availability is highly preferred. Familarity with online sales (Shopify / instagram shops), designing software (Adobe photoshop, illustrators) / AI tools (Canvas etc) Ability to learn and problem solving skills Sales / results-oriented mindset.
