Responsibilities Support research projects, programme development, and conference organization. Assist in searching and reviewing literature, analysing survey and interview data, and writing reports. Manage administrative work and supervise other research assistants and doctoral students. Perform other duties as assigned by the project leader. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Education, Psychology, learning science, neuroscience, or other relevant subjects. Experience using advanced qualitative and quantitative research software (Mplus, R, PLS). Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Self‑motivated and willing to learn unfamiliar tasks. Capacity in performing Neuroscience methods (fMRI, EEG, fNIRS) and big data techniques (machine/deep learning) is an advantage. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to a written test. Salary and Benefits Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed‑term contract.
