Associate Support Manager, Non-Financial Risk Management

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as anAssociate Support Manager, Non-Financial Risk Management . In this role you will Contributes to efficient management of Business Banking Central Team through proper planning, co‑ordination, and execution of all administrative and internal operational matters and collaboration with Business Partners Minimises operational risks and ensures audit compliance of the respective teams through implementing proper control and seeking management advices and approvals on all irregularities Engages proactively in stakeholder management and acts as an interactive interface between own team and other Functions and external parties to enable effective and efficient communications and co‑operations Represents respective team to critically review operational/ internal guidelines and suggest ways to enhance team operational efficiency. Identify and escalates unresolved or complicated internal operational issues and problems to senior management for review and action Provide Administrative support to Managing Director and Directors To be successful you will need University graduate with a degree in business, finance or a related discipline, preferably with experience in related field Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities Sound communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage Opening up a world of opportunity HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
