Add expected salary to your profile for insights Full-spectrum IFM leadership for a multi-building (cleanrooms, offices repair & maintenance and supporting utilities). Primary owner of daily FM operations & on-site management – ensure seamless service delivery 24/7. Oversee hard & soft services, licenses, and compliance : MEP, HVAC, cleanroom systems, power, water, waste, security. Partner with Supply Chain to define scopes, coordinate vendors, and manage supplier performance at property level . Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, KPIs, proactively flag risks, and cost control; drive annual budgets to reduce short- and long-term OPEX while boosting productivity. Lead EHS compliance (ISO 14001/45001, local HK regulations) and emergency preparedness. Execute facility expansion & retrofit projects – drive differentiated value via quality, innovation, or cost improvement. Support client-specific projects and co (e.g., scorecard reviews, experience co-delivery) Implement energy management & sustainability initiatives (carbon reduction, water recycling, smart BMS). Job Requirements : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in facility management within semiconductor, high-tech or R&D environments . Proven experience managing properties >5,000 m² or serving >300 end-users . Deep expertise in vendor management, SLA/KPI governance, and cost optimization with full P&L accountability. PMP certification preferred. Skills: Fluent in English and Cantonese , Mandarin is a plus. Excellent people management (lead a team more than 5) & team collaboration. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills . Self-motivated; relentless pursuit of service efficiency and quality improvement .
