To plan and develop our people element to complement our growth, we are now looking for talents to join both our Chinese and Western Restaurants as Receptionist. Job Responsibilities Greet and escort guests to tables with professionalism and warmth; Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently; Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to customer inquiries; Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction; Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area; Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff regarding guest needs; Process billing and payments accurately; Assist in administrative duties such as data entry and record keeping; Promote special offers and restaurant promotions when appropriate; Uphold the restaurant’s standards of service and appearance. Job Requirements High School with at least 1-2 years relevant experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Self-motivated, energetic, hard working, team player; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reservation systems).
