Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, focusing on high‑value IT, building, and construction contracts. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for up‑selling and cross‑selling. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by understanding the client’s strategic goals, infrastructure needs, and capital expenditure cycles. Lead the pre‑sales phase, understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical teams and managing the submission of high‑quality, competitive tender responses. Monitor the execution phase (delivery) to ensure scope adherence, quality assurance, and alignment with client expectations. Act as the internal advocate and external point of escalation for complex project issues, ensuring rapid resolution that protects the project timeline and client relationship. Closely monitor project financial performance against the approved budget baseline, coordinating with the PMO and Project Managers to identify and mitigate potential cost overruns proactively . Ensure that all scope changes and variations are formally documented, priced accurately, and approved by the client to maintain or improve project profitability. Take primary responsibility for managing the invoicing schedule and aggressively driving the timely collection of Account Receivables to optimize cash flow and meet company AR targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. At least 5 years experience in digital energy solutions, BMS and IoT project management. Experience in new building projects and coordination with main contractors. Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Chinese and English. Candidate with less experience will be treated as assistant role.
