Market Leader, Accessories and Nutrition Add expected salary to your profile for insights Our client is one of the leading retailers based in France, available today in over 13 boutiques in Hong Kong. The company is excited to implement new hires, to offer the position of Market Leader, Accessories and Nutrition. This position will be based in Hong Kong primarily, it presents an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant contribution to their expanding network of POS and new pipelined projects. About the Role This role does not include direct team management but requires strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration with stakeholders across the company. Conduct market research and user observation to understand the needs of athletic users and gym goers in Hong Kong. Prepare impactful business plan across core dimensions: offer, supply, merchandising, communication, and community. Select the most relevant product range for the local market, based on global strategies and local user insights. Challenge central brand direction when needed to ensure local relevancy. Design a clear and inspiring product layout both in-store and online marketplace & app. Plan and execute the sport’s annual commercial and communication calendar. Create user education content and local activation campaigns. Ensure a consistent pricing structure and easy product choice for users. Monitor and optimize key KPIs: turnover, margin, availability, shortage rate, and supply lead times. Align seasonal calendar with global planning and ensure offer availability year-round. Manage your category’s P&L: from investment decisions to profitability. Integrate green KPIs and write the sustainability trajectory for your sport. Support implementation of low-emission practices and eco-friendly packaging. Finalize and adapt merchandising logic across store formats and digital platforms. Collaborate with communications to source, adapt, or create content that boosts user experience and conversion. About the Requirement Passionate about nutrition, supplements, accessories products and building healthy lifestyle in Hong Kong. A self-starter with a business mindset and strong attention to numbers. Able to work across teams and coordinate complex projects. Proficient in Excel & Google Spreadsheet, and comfortable using data to guide decisions. Fluent in English (Cantonese is a strong advantage). You have a proven track record in managing a vertical, category, or business unit, showing impact through commercial performance, offer building, or user engagement. Experience in retail, e-commerce, brand or category management is strongly preferred.
