Your Role Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador for the firm; manage candidate communications and guide them through the interview process from application to hire; proactively sell AlphaSights’ vision and value proposition; demonstrate a candidate‑first mentality at all times. Pipeline Generation: Generate and manage a high‑quality, active pipeline of candidates; proactively source candidates by leveraging different channels (e.g., LinkedIn); use creative outreach approaches to engage high‑potential candidates with the goal of converting them into hires. Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, review preliminary test results, and conduct phone and on‑time first‑round interviews. Coordination & Operations: Manage candidate pipeline efficiently, including scheduling interviews, responding to inquiries, updating job postings; prepare offer letters & employment contracts; populate onboarding information and related trackers. Campus Recruitment: Work with the Manager/Senior Recruiter to manage campus recruiting logistics, organize events, ship materials, book travel, troubleshoot real‑time issues; support talent attraction and employer branding activities (e.g., marketing campaigns, in‑office events). An interest in human capital and HR, ideally evidenced by an undergraduate degree, past internships, or on‑campus involvement. A people‑person through and through, looking for a highly interactive, people‑focused role. Requirements Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership. 0‑2 years of experience (additional experience in talent sourcing or recruiting is a plus). Fluent English and Hindi.
