Building Services Coordinator

Responsibilities Monitor and track the progress of upgrade and modernization projects for building systems. Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth project execution without disrupting daily operations or occupants. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, statutory regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular site meetings with contractors and stakeholders. Certify completed work on‑site and maintain proper documentation. Provide progress reports to supervisors, including periodic photo records. Be available for call services outside office hours in case of incidents affecting building operations. Requirements High Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering, preferably with large‑scale projects. Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory safety requirements in Hong Kong. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghuali> Proven experience in managing contractor teams and multi‑disciplinary projects. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues during renovations. Candidate Profile This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong project coordination skills in building services.
