Overview Treasury Settlement Officer (FX & MM) – Corporate Bank is seeking a candidate to focus on FX and Money Market operations within a corporate banking environment. This role supports the bank's treasury operations, developing robust operational processes and delivering high-quality service in a collaborative setting centered on professional growth and excellence in service delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily treasury operations for FX and Money Market transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and mitigate risks in treasury activities. Ensure accurate and timely execution and settlement of FX and MM transactions, maintaining meticulous records. Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding treasury inquiries, delivering exceptional service and support. Analyze and mitigate risks associated with treasury transactions to safeguard the bank’s interests. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and opportunities for improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury operations within the banking sector, specifically focusing on FX and Money Markets. Strong knowledge of treasury products, including foreign exchange and money market instruments. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in relevant banking software and MS Office applications. Why Apply?
