Responsibilities Develop end-to-end applications using modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, .NET). Gather user requirements and design application solutions, integrating data and AI capabilities where appropriate. Build backend services and APIs to support integration with data platforms and AI services. Deploy and integrate AI models (e.g., LLMs, SLMs) into applications as needed, ensuring alignment with user requirements and performance expectations. Collaborate closely with clients to understand business challenges, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver impactful application solutions. Independently manage assigned projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines. Qualifications Skill & Capability Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in application development, with exposure to AI and data integration. Passionate about building and delivering high-quality software solutions that address real business needs. Solid experience in developing and deploying web and cloud applications using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with integrating GenAI capabilities (e.g. RAG, agentic AI) into applications using open-source tools (e.g. LangGraph, anythingLLM, Dify) or cloud-native services. Proficient in Python, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud technologies; experience with Spark or other data tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage own projects independently, including stakeholder engagement and delivery tracking. Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Consulting experience is a plus but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
