About the Role We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across our interior projects. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with designers and main contractors, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works for assigned fitting‑out projects throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with site teams and designers to ensure efficient site execution to meet project programme and quality standards within budget. Identify and manage technical and programme risks by providing advice and proposing value engineering options. Ensure MEP systems comply with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Handle site documents and maintain proper documentation at site. Requirements Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP positions including 3+ years’ at managerial level, preferably gained from fitting‑out projects. Strong knowledge of site measurement and regulations. Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
