• Support the company in ensuring the ERM framework is aligned with the group, the regulatory standards, as well as our own risk profile and needs. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk policy, risk appetite framework, ORSA report, risk disclosure, material risk register, and all other risk-related compliance matters of the company.
• Support in building a positive risk culture and strong risk awareness among the staff in the region, including the delivery of targeted risk education and trainings.
• Support in providing timely and value-added risk reporting to the local management committees and the board, including clear recommendations.
• Facilitate and support the assessment of internal incidents, including the root-cause analysis and upward reporting.
• Support in ensuring the stress and scenario framework of the company is sufficiently or appropriately tailored according to the risk profile and exposures of the company.
• Support in ensuring the annual risk management plan or activities is appropriately aligned with the business priorities of the company.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the department lead.
